We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after placing the order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item meets the above requirements, allow 10 working days from the date we receive your package to see the refund credited into your account. A full refund will be issued using the same method as your original payment method (please note shipping costs will not be returned).

At the moment we do not offer an exchange option. If you want to replace your item in a different size, style or colour, please return your purchase for a full refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.
